At NereTravel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box to ensure the products remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
